Jaime Nagle joined Colts Neck Equine in 1983. She is the office manager for the practice. An avid horse enthusiast, she has competed successfully in the Hunter ring for many years. She operated a large standardbred race horse layup farm. In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, beach and gardening. Most of all she enjoys going to the farm to see her 2 horses.
Kim Califano joined Colts Neck Equine in 2004. She is the chief customer service representative and also is in charge of all scheduling for the practice. She grew up in Brielle, NJ and has 5 brothers and sisters. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family, husband and dog Butters.
Ashley joined Colts Neck Equine in 2006. She the pharmacy manager and IT specialist for the practice. She grew up in the Standardbred racing industry. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband Rich and daughter Sadie, going for walks with her dogs Ridley and Shadow and running the A/V team at her church.
David joined Colts Neck Equine in 1997. He was born in Long Island NY and through family and friends was introduced to harness racing at Roosevelt Raceway, and began working for trainers at the track. After high school he was drafted into the US Army and graduated from Medical Field Service School certified as a Preventive Medicine Specialist.. Upon returning home he resumed his harness racing career as an assistant trainer for a large NY stable, and obtained his trainer /driver license. He then went out on his own, training and driving horses throughout the northeast. He also worked for his father designing high quality magnetic therapy boots and blankets for the horse. His hobbies include fishing, spending times with friends at the jersey shore, as well as an occasional friendly poker game.
Stephanie Jacobs joined Colts Neck Equine in November of 2016. She grew up in Brick, NJ with two sisters and a brother. She has always had a long standing passion for animals, but especially horses. After High School she went to Bethany College in West Virginia and graduated with an BS in Equine Science and minored in Biology and Chemistry. After Graduation she started as an Equine Technician primarily with Standardbreds. Having a Retired Standardbred, Cara, of her own since she was 16 that she competes in hunters, barrel racing and driving. Her love for the racing and the breed grew even more when she started working in the harness racing business in 2013 and is also a competitive Monte Rider, or more commonly known as Racing Under Saddle. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family, teaching lessons, knitting, line dancing and singing.
Alexa started at Colts Neck Equine in September of 2017. Alexa grew up in northern New Jersey with no horses around; however, she discovered she had a passion for them. She pursued her passion and graduated with a degree in Equine Science & Management at Delaware Valley University in 2015. Throughout that time she has worked with small, large, and exotic animals. In her free time she enjoys cooking, gardening and going on walks with her dog Kaiya.
Veronica Spicer joined Colts Neck Equine in 2014. She grew up with Standardbred race horses and her family had a breeding farm. She went to culinary school but came back to her passion of horses. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband Simon, kids Sawyer and Delaney, she also enjoys cooking and gardening.
